I guess, leadership can never be planted. It germinates. Kind of self-revelation I believe. To be honest to oneself is far important; Courage to belong to your conscience is necessary often. Because that's the best way to live by example. When one can put reasons by his actions, acceptability increases.

I am inspired by the work of other young persons not only in my own country but worldwide. I am also inspired by the work of one Youth serving organisation in particular in Jamaica and that is the National Center For Youth Development.
